THE ELLIANOS STORY
Ellianos Coffee started with a simple idea: serve high-quality coffee, fast — and serve it with heart.
During several trips to the Pacific Northwest, founders Scott and Pam Stewart — passionate coffee lovers and seasoned entrepreneurs — noticed the growing buzz around specialty drive-thru coffee shops. Inspired by what they saw and determined to bring something special back home, they returned to Lake City, Florida, with a vision to create a drive-thru experience centered on excellence, speed, and Southern hospitality.
In 2002, with the help of their son Rob and his wife Ellie, the first Ellianos Coffee opened its doors — built to offer bold, delicious coffee without slowing you down. But more than that, it was built on a foundation of faith, family, and genuine hospitality, where every guest is greeted with a smile and treated like family.
People embraced the experience right away. As the Ellianos community grew, so did the passion for sharing great coffee and heartfelt service. Family members, friends, and loyal partners joined the journey, each contributing their time, talent, and belief in the vision. Before long, that vision blossomed into a thriving regional brand serving communities across the Southeast.
What began as one family’s dream has grown into a lasting legacy — a company built on faith, family, and excellence, committed to making your day a little brighter, one cup at a time.
