Apollo Beach, Florida (March 19, 2026) – Ellianos Coffee, a southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, is bringing its signature coffee experience to Apollo Beach. The new location will be built at 371 Harbor Village Ln., marking Ellianos’ first store in the Tampa Bay area.

Construction is underway, and the location will introduce Ellianos’ drive-thru coffee concept to the rapidly growing Apollo Beach community.

The new location is owned and operated by Cody and Allison Grosse, who were drawn to Ellianos after experiencing the brand firsthand while living near its original locations.

“The quality and popularity of Ellianos products, the unique store layout, and the family franchise atmosphere are all things that attracted us to the Ellianos Coffee brand,” said Cody and Allison Grosse. “After moving out of Northern Florida, we really missed having an Ellianos nearby. We wanted to bring this quality coffee closer to our home and share it with our local community.”

Apollo Beach was a natural choice for the Grosses as they looked to introduce the brand to a new region. The community has experienced significant growth in recent years and offers a convenient stop for residents commuting to work, running errands, or visiting the nearby Manatee Viewing Center, one of the area’s most popular attractions.

“We are extremely excited to be opening our first store in Apollo Beach and look forward to future growth with the brand,” the Grosses added.
