Jim Zuber brings to the Ellianos team over thirty years of experience in commercial specialty construction and serves as Ellianos’ Director of Construction. Jim’s extensive background includes over thirty projects at the University of Florida, Shands Healthcare, and the prestigious Miami estate of Gianni Versace. Acting as the Director of Operations for a large ceramic flooring installer, Jim developed skills in managing the needs of national accounts and the improvement of project management systems and staff. Jim further expanded his skills, founding his own company and becoming the leading installer of specialty hardscape, masonry, and specialty structures and water features in the area. Jim was also an essential part of projects that included packaging a major 1,300-page mining permit for Western Energy Company of Montana and was included in Saudi Arabia’s first National Park support staff. Jim attended Western Washington University studying Industrial Technology and Visual Communications and has also had additional training in digital takeoff software, CAD-based site development software and has a strong background in construction illustration. Jim is an excellent resource for Ellianos in planning, construction, maintenance, graphics, lease maintenance, site plan development, and permitting. When not drawing up site illustrations, Jim enjoys being outdoors with his wife of forty years and building things with his grandchildren. He values the time he can spend with his grandchildren working on projects together and fostering teachable moments.
