This highly anticipated addition to the Cartersville community is set to bring a unique and premium coffee experience to local residents and visitors alike.
The new Ellianos Coffee location is strategically situated at the crossroads of Highway 41 and 411, making it easily accessible for those on the go. The Forsyth family, former Zaxby’s franchisees with 18 years of experience in the Knoxville area, are the proud owners of this new venture. Their extensive background in the food and beverage industry positions them perfectly to deliver the exceptional quality and service that Ellianos Coffee is known for.
After selling their Zaxby’s franchises, the Forsyths were eager to explore the world of specialty coffees and light sandwiches. Their journey led them to Ellianos Coffee, where they were captivated by the brand’s premium coffee offerings and the potential for success. “After experiencing the taste and the delivery of the premium coffee as well as the afternoon offerings, we felt the possibilities of success guided by our faith and the excitement of the opportunity to deliver a unique experience to our guests,” said the Forsyths.
The Forsyths’ decision to open an Ellianos Coffee in Cartersville is deeply personal. “Us being born and raised in Rockmart and being blessed to open up a business in Cartersville, at the crossroads of Highway 41 and 411, is so humbling, yet a dream come true,” they shared.
